Using Design to attract the right tenants
Different tenant profiles require different strategies. They also have different preferences when it comes to interior design. For example how we would furnish a property geared towards the student market will differ vastly to how we will furnish and deck out a property targeted towards the working expat.
However there are general rules of thumb to abide by; If you're unsure, it's good to keep your interiors simple with neutral colours. Avoid bright colours and depersonalise the space because our objective is to enhance the unit's appeal to as many potential tenants as possible.
